Cancellation Policy
Booking changes and cancellations will be handled according to the following policy. Cancellation Policy Cancellation made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service: No charge Cancellation made within 24 hours before the scheduled service: 50% of the total charge No-show without prior notification: 100% of the total charge If you wish to change your reservation date or time, please contact us as early as possible. Please note that changes may not be accommodated depending on availability. In case of delays or emergencies, please make sure to contact the assigned driver or SHINEN directly. Day Trip Tour Usage Day trip departure times can be arranged based on customer preference. Service duration is fixed at 10 hours, counted from the start of pickup to final drop-off at your accommodation or designated location. If the service exceeds 10 hours, additional charges will apply. For extensions of 30 minutes or more, an additional hourly fee of 5,000 JPY will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to provide you with a comfortable and reliable service.
